A Solvang man was arrested Tuesday for dealing marijuana after Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Deputies responded to his home on a noise complaint. Deputies arrived to the 1500 block of Acorn Way and made contact with 53-year-old Alan Pugliese and two male juveniles.

Because Pugliese was on felony probation, deputies were able to search his apartment. According to Sheriff’s spokesperson Kelly Hoover, they found, “significant quantities of marijuana, hash oil, THC pills, THC laced chocolate bars, syringes with hash oil, THC infused bottled lemonade, and hash oil candied taffy.” Many of the items were packaged for sale with commercial labels, said Hoover.

A Sheriff’s Narcotics Detective from the Special Investigations Bureau was called in and determined Pugliese was not in compliance with state medical marijuana laws, she explained.

Pugliese was arrested and booked into Santa Barbara County Jail on $20,000 bail.

I've come to the conclusion that "spiritwalker" is only posting his/her outrageous comments to incite those of us who have differing opinions. My logic behind this conclusion is because I don't believe anyone can be that nuts and function in society. By the end of 2016, I may change my opinion on that.

Anyhow "spiritwalker", now that I've discovered your true intent. Please keep it up, your posts are quite amusing, even if they are said/written in jest.

Spirtwalker is right on target.
The guy was convicted right on the spot BECAUSE he was on probation.
It wouldn't of mattered if he had resurrected Johnny Cochrane.
Y'all know how it goes:
Here's the deal.
Don't like the deal?
Back in the hole.
Nice breakfast there at 3am. Lunch at 9. Dinner at 4.
Read the story about the food they give those people?
Santa Barbara County has already made it clear they want to DENY Medical marijuana patients access to their medicine, by closing all brick and mortar dispenseries, and busting delivery services.
They guy had a website, and when he came to me, first thing he asked to see was my ID and Doctors recommendation. Then I signed a membership agreement to the collective.
Seems ok to me.
And the meds were awesome.
"Substantial amount"?
Looks like a good 3 day weekend at Havasu to me.
