Sex Offender Sentenced to State Prison

Michael Holden was sentenced to four years in state prison and must register as a sex offender for life after pleading to felony sexual battery and false imprisonment by force. Holden, according to police, raped an acquaintance while she was passed out at his house. While he denied having sex with her, the victim became pregnant, and a test of the fetal remains after an abortion proved Holden was the father, police said.
