Mark Danielson has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Barbara. Mr. Danielson’s career has spent 25 years in the broadcast news business. He has worked throughout the Western United States, including KMVT-TV, in Twin Falls, Idaho, KSL-TV in Salt Lake City, KCRA-TV in Sacramento, KHQ-TV in Spokane, KTVB-TV in Boise and since 2007, he has been a General Manager for the NPG Broadcast Group – First at it east Idaho properties which include KIFI, KIDK and KXPI and today as General Manager for NPG’s newest broadcast station KEYT purchased in November of 2012.

He has held positions in nearly every part of the broadcast business; from operating the teleprompter, running master control, directing live newscasts, local television sales, to running news departments.
