For 20 years, Eve Briere has helped people organize their homes and offices to enable a more simple, enjoyable life, an experience that culminated in last year’s book 31 Spaces, 31 Days. This week, Briere releases a new guide/workbook that takes the same approach to time management and productivity. Called A Good Day, it offers advice on how to create good habits for everything from waking up to dealing with kids’ homework to organizing finances. “Organization is more than just creating a space that works or looks good,” she writes. “It is about creating multiple systems that overlap in the way you live with time and space.” Briere will sign copies of her new book on Wednesday, April 17, 7 p.m., at Chaucer’s Books, and Thursday, April 25, 7 p.m., at Tecolote Books in Montecito.
