Arch Rock Fish is a true neighborhood joint, and like a good neighbor, the seafood eatery wants to thank local heroes for their hard work in the community. Arch Rock Fish has distributed over 500 Hero Cards, which gives the holders a special 10% discount, to local firefighters, policemen and police women, teachers, doctors and nurses.

“The idea of honoring community heroes is one that falls close to my heart,” said co-owner of Arch Rock Fish, Jeremiah Higgins. “I recently had a personal experience with Santa Barbara’s medical professionals when my father was ill. For me, creating the Hero Card was a big way to say ‘thank you’ to the community. My father had some pretty massive health scares and the staff at Cottage Hospital was so kind, tentative and amazing with my father. All of us at Arch Rock Fish agreed that reaching out and supporting our local, everyday heroes was really important.”

Higgins, along with co-owners Cobi Jones, Scott Leibfried and Michael Anderson are thrilled to honor Santa Barbara’s finest heroes with a great meal at the city’s truest neighborhood bar and restaurant.
