Suspect Sought in Home Improvement Center Theft

Man Caught on Camera; Police Ask Public for Help

A man was caught on video November 14 carrying a blue tote bag full of stolen merchandise from Home Improvement Center at 415 East Gutierrez Street. The crime occurred at 12:17 p.m., and Santa Barbara police need the public's help to identify the suspect.
