Dr. Price is an accomplished orthopedic surgeon specializing in fracture and extremity injuries, as well as minimally invasive arthroscopic surgeries, and is one of few doctors in the southern and central California region performing sacroiliac joint fusion surgeries. Dr. Price’s presentation will cover the topic of sacroiliac joint fusions, and is entitled, “The Perils and Pitfalls of Sacroiliac Joint Fusion Techniques.” First published on the subject of sacroiliac joint surgery in 1997, Dr. Price is a member of the Sacroiliac Joint Surgical Society and has become an expert on the subject with his surgical technique referenced multiple times on an international level.

Founded in 1980, the Chinese Orthopaedic Association (COA) aims at promoting scientific exchange, providing orthopedic education, and improving the orthopedic health service level. The COA held their first annual congress in 2006, with a significant increase in the number of participants over the past few years. The COA is now the largest and most influential orthopedic society in China, gathering world-class experts, presidents of international orthopedic societies, industry opinion leaders and CEO’s of leading orthopedic societies at their yearly congresses. The congress has repeatedly fostered global orthopedic discussion, and Dr. Price is honored to have been selected from a large pool of physician applicants as one of COA China 2012’s presenters. The Spine and Orthopedic Center is looking forward to Dr. Price’s presentation at COA China 2012, and is excited about their physicians not only being recognized on a national level, but also on an international level.
