Thursday, February 23, the Canary Hotel (31 W. Carrillo St.) will host a benefit for the Garden Court Endowment — dedicated to assisting frail, low-income S.B. seniors to live independently for as long as possible — including dining, wine and cocktails, and live and silent auctions. Admission is $100. Call (805) 564-3341.
