County Waits to Weigh In On Naples

The county is sitting back see what happens in the fraternal battle between developer Matt Osgood and First National Bank over who owns the right to develop Naples. While the bank approached the county asking for a notice of compliance, the Board of Supervisors has elected to wait for the outcome of the the ongoing litigation between the bank and Osgood before moving forward with any decisions about the property.
