He along with VFP and other volunteers pounded them into the sand to remind Americans that our troops were dying in Iraq. Since then over 1700 names of the fallen in Iraq have been visited by family, friends and combat buddies, some over dozens of times.

Now that the Iraq War is coming to a close, we cannot abandon the troops, vets and their families that suffer from the physical and psychological wounds of combat. Many are in dire need of treatment and jobs in a cost-cutting economy brought on mostly by these wars.

On Sunday, November 13th the public is invited to help setup Arlington West and help us read the names of the fallen in Iraq and Afghanistan Wars , starting at 9:00 AM. WEATHER PERMITTING .
