This Friday, June 17, the Santa Barbara parlors of the Native Daughters of the Golden West will host an ice cream social to benefit Old Mission Santa Barbara’s Preservation Fund. Members of Reina Del Mar Parlor 126 and Tierra de Oro Parlor 304 will be scooping ice cream from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Cold Stone Creamery in Santa Barbara (504 State) and Goleta (5718 Calle Real).

Cold Stone Creamery will donate 20% of all purchases made this Friday with an event flyer. All donations to the Old Mission Santa Barbara’s Preservation Fund will be matched by a National Park Service Save America’s Treasures Grant.

The Native Daughters of the Golden West is a service organization for California-born women. One focus of the organization is mission restoration.
