Judge Colleen Sterne told Steve Pappas Monday morning he could not bring up evidence of Doreen Farr’s non-pecuniary interests or motivations in a hearing over attorney’s fees. Farr defeated Pappas in the 2008 3rd District supervisorial race. Pappas sued, and Farr has accumulated more than $550,000 defending her victory ever since, winning every court battle along the way, including a right to attorney’s fees. Sterne did say, however, that Pappas was allowed to show the economic value of the supervisor’s job. That is, pay and benefits. The judge will hear Farr’s motion for attorney’s fees in August.

$550K should be no problem for his overseer.

Always amusing to see a person who is allegedly wanting to be elected to serve the people spend all his time serving himself (and his puppetmaster).
