15-Year-Old Plunges to His Death

A 15-year-old male died late on the night of 5/29, falling to his death onto State Street, apparently while trying to cross the freeway along the Montecito Street bridges by the freeway underpass. Law enforcement officials believe the death was accidental and that the youth thought he was stepping onto solid ground rather than into a dark void.
