Twist and Shout

This week, Santa Barbara Dance Theatre returns to UCSB’s Hatlen Theatre with The Golden Dawn, an awe-inspiring performance written, directed, and choreographed by SBDT’s artistic director Jerry Pearson.

Inspired by the poems of William Butler Yeats, this production is one no fan of dance—or poetry—should miss. Dawn shows Thursday, January 14, through Saturday, January 16, at 8 p.m., with an additional performance on Saturday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $13-$17; ages 6+. Call 893-7221 for more info.
