Mutts to Montecito

Montecito Pet Shop recently began rescuing dogs, cats, and bunnies—many from high-kill shelters—and adopting them out. The shop has teamed up with CARE4Paws on a program called Mutts to Montecito, in which CARE4Paws helps with the adoption process and offers free spays and neuters for the animals. The official launch of the program takes place Saturday-Sunday, February 20-21, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., at 2020 Cliff Drive. On Saturday, the store will showcase its rescues, and have a silent auction, raffle, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres.
