County Planning Director Heads to Ventura

Dave Ward, a deputy director in the County Planning and Development Department, will be heading south to the City of Ventura, where he will be the new planning manager in the Community Development Department. Ward came from the City of Ventura to the county in 2007, where he oversaw and was involved in a variety of planning projects.
