Self-Defense Workshop for Women

Santa Barbara Rape Crisis Center (SBRCC) is holding a Self-Defense Workshop for women on Saturday, July 11, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., at 433 East Canon Perdido Street. Open to females age 13 and older of various physical abilities, the workshop offers “training in awareness, assertiveness, and physical self-defense techniques in an empowering, supportive, and fun environment.” The cost is $30 and preregistration is required.
