Lawyers for Hollywood-accused of masterminding the 2000 murder of Nicholas Markowitz-sought the nation’s highest court in an attempt to remove Zonen because of his participation in the 2006 movie Alpha Dog, a dramatization of Hollywood’s story. Regardless, Zonen has been taken off the case as a precaution. Hollywood will next appear in court on 10/29.
