• On Saturday, October 25, at 7 p.m., Grappolo’s Trattoria in Santa Ynez (3687 Sagunto St.) will host a benefit dinner, wine tasting, and auction for the Animal Rescue Team, a nonprofit dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of injured, orphaned, and abused wild and domestic animals. There will also be live music from Anthony Ybarra and a silent auction to benefit the BackPack Program for Kids, which enables the Foodbank to distribute a backpack containing six nutritious meals of ready-to-eat food and fresh fruit to needy children.
