Yahoo!Sure, praising La Super-Rica (622 N. Milpas, St., 963-4940) is sort of like telling everyone how hot you think Kate Winslet is — who doesn’t know that? But perhaps people don’t know the glory of their Tuesday-night special: sopes. Crusty masa cups fried golden, stuffed with a pulled chicken and topped with some shreds of cheese, a radish slice or two, and a fiery (more or less depending on the week — this stuff is homemade style) red sauce. Every food requirement rings true, from texture (crisp, crunch, give) to flavor (savory, spicy, succulent). Why would anyone ever buy fast food, at least on Tuesdays?
