Sister City Exchange

The Santa Barbara-Toba Sister City Organization is sponsoring a student exchange home stay program for teenagers ages 13-15. Host a student from Toba, Japan, in late July/early August here in your Santa Barbara home, and then travel to Toba to stay with your Japanese exchange student’s family for a cultural experience you’ll never forget. Students will be prepared with language and cultural lessons by the Sister City Organization before departure.
