Every second Saturday of the month, the beautiful UCSB Sedgewick Reserve offers three interpretive hikes, ranging from easy to strenuous, each lasting from two to three hours. After the hike, you can picnic on the reserve and catch the last few wildflowers remaining before summer. If you’ve never had the opportunity to view the diverse vegetation and wetland habitats, take advantage of the beautiful weather and head up to the reserve this Saturday, June 14. Hikes begin at 8:30 a.m. For further information and to make reservations, contact sedgwick@lifesci.ucsb.edu or call 686-1941.
