Ani DiFranco

Singer, songwriter, and feminist icon, Ani DiFranco, announced today that she will be making a stop at the Lobero Theatre on Sunday, April 6. Hitting the road in support of her recently released double-disc retrospective, Canon, DiFranco’s stop promises a night of varied and career-spanning songs. The singer has been recognized by such noteworthy publications as Rolling Stone and CMJ as one of the most influential musicians of our time, and has been known to sell out showspaces as large as Carnegie Hall. DiFranco last visited Santa Barbara in February of 2005, playing to a packed house at the Arlington Theater. The singer’s Lobero show will mark a return to smaller, more intimate venues.

Tickets go on sale Friday, February 1 at 10 a.m., and will be available online at lobero.com, at the box office at 33 East Canon Perdido St. Santa Barbara, or by calling 888-456-2376 or 963-0761.
