Yahoo!The Santa Barbara Sheriff is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed the Blenders in the Grass smoothie bar at Calle Real in Goleta on January 7. On that day, three men entered the location, spoke briefly with the employee working the cash register and then grabbed the register itself, ripped it free of the cords it was attached to and fled on foot to the west. The other two suspects followed.

The Sheriff is now sending out photos of one of the suspects in hopes that someone might recognize him. Ironically, the man depicted is wearing a sweatshirt bearing the slogans “Stop snitching” and “Snitch at your own risk.” Anyone who does should call the department’s criminal investigations division at (805) 681-4150.
