Live music, dance exhibitions and classes, deejay music, and, of course, a salsa-making contest make the Annual Salsa Festival a spicy day in Ortega Park. Start off with the Salsa Instruction Boot Camp from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Then tingle your taste buds from 1-3 p.m. at the Salsa Tasting booth and vote for your favorites from among the peppery sauces. Clavelibre Productions and Salsa Barbara Dance Academy demonstrate and get everyone in the mood to dance to Somos Son and other live bands into the evening. All brought to you by City Parks & Rec.
