Caruso Affiliated CEO Rick Caruso elected to begin anew plans for the Miramar Beach Resort and Bungalows after neighbors disapproved of his decision to move a road from the middle of the property to its eastern edge. Residents concerned about limitations on access caused by the project were unable to negotiate with the county, so Caruso decided to modify and resubmit his development application.
