Fire Officials Wary of Winds
Fire officials braced for the potential of high winds in Santa Barbara County this week, which-combined with red flag conditions-increase the possibility of wildfire in the area. Forecasters didn’t anticipate sundowner winds for the county, but predicted the possibility of Santa Anas further south. Santa Ana winds helped push along several major fires in Southern California last month.
