Traffic Impacts Discussed for Bishop Ranch

At a planning session on 11/8, the developer who owns Goleta’s Bishop Ranch met with more than 100 members of the public to discuss the potential traffic impacts of the addition of 1,200 new homes and an eight-acre commercial center to the 240-acre agricultural parcel. The developer has not yet formulated a plan for the community, seeking first to gather public input. Another meeting will be held on 11/29.
