Yahoo!The ninth annual Pearl Chase Society's Historic Homes Tour, which takes place this Sunday, May 20, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., will feature eight upper Eastside homes and a private garden. The homes featured this year were all built between 1904 and 1929, and represent a variety of architectural styles, including Craftsman, French Normandy, and Spanish Colonial Revival. Tickets for the tour are $50 per person for nonmembers, $45 for current members, and $70 for a ticket and a first-time-only membership in the Pearl Chase Society, whose mission is to increase public awareness and encourage the preservation of Santa Barbara's historic structures, gardens, and other resources.
