Located in Santa Barbara’s beautiful wine country, the casual and classy Los Olivos Wine Merchant and Cafe resides at 2870 Grand Avenue in downtown Los Olivos. Featured in the movie Sideways, the cafe serves Californian cuisine with a Mediterranean influence for lunch and dinner from 11:30 am to 9 pm. Its wine tasting bar includes a broad selection of over 400 local and international wines, all available by the glass. For purchase by the bottle, the Wine Merchant holds one of the largest collections on the Central Coast, being the only distributor of owner Sam Marmorstein’s select Bernat Wines. If that’s not enough, remember to stop by the gift shop for gourmet food, cookbooks, wine-related items, and the cafe’s famous bread dipping oil.
