Cops Nab Juvenile for Sexual Battery Incidents

On 7/11 the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department arrested an underage male they believe is responsible for the sexual battery of several women in the Carpinteria area over the past several months. Authorities have tied more than a dozen violations to the suspect – who is currently in juvenile hall – including one incident in which he allegedly lifted up the victim’s skirt and then exposed himself to her.
