The Beach Girls from the Young Singers Club will be delivering Singing Valentine’s Day Telegrams for your sweethearts in Santa Barbara on the February 14 and the weekends before and after the holiday. You can choose to serenade your loved one from classics like “My Girl,” “Fly Me to the Moon” and “I Say a Little Prayer for You,” and many other great love songs. The girls can sing at any location in Santa Barbara, and can even add in some balloons, chocolates or flowers to be delivered with the singing telegram.

The Beach Girls of the Young Singers Club have been performing in the Santa Barbara area under the direction of Brett Mutinelli since 1999. Mutinelli, a trained opera singer, created the group to help young singers grow and blossom by providing a curriculum of approachable songs, like Broadway, oldies and jazz. The ten girls in the Beach Girls group hail from different high schools in the area, and in addition to Valentine’s Day singing telegrams, have held Christmas concerts, performed at weddings, several area festivals and fundraisers, and also take time to sing for the elderly.

For more information or to book a singing telegram, visit www.youngsingersclub.com.

I saw and heard them during the annual party hosted by COAST and held at the train station last December.

They sing fabulously and also sure know how to clean off a platter of cheese and cracker snacks!
