They haven’t met Hugh Heffner yet, but that didn’t stop three UCSB undergrads from hyping their scantily clad Playboy spread in Isla Vista last Tuesday as part of a publicity tour. Sabrina Del Toro, Natalie Bilski, and Andrea Langston are featured in this month’s issue of Playboy, posing as young female Gauchos in various stages of undress around their Del Playa neighborhood. The girls’ photos coincide with Playboy’s designating UCSB as the number-two party school in America for 2006 – a ranking that has climbed a few notches since last year, despite ongoing and involved efforts by UCSB. Faculty and alumni should take some solace in the magazine’s special mention of the university’s impressive track record of Nobel laureates.
