Description: In an effort to educate the moms of S.B. on the benefits of pre/postnatal exercise and to give back to the community, Conditioning Specialists is hosting a six week lecture series on everything you need to know about pregnancy and exercise, including information on the benefits of regular exercise, exercise selection for Pre-natal and Post-Partum stages, and nutrition.
We are partnering with CALM, a non-profit organization working to prevent child abuse. We are asking for a suggested donation of $100 dollars for the lecture series. 100% of all proceeds will go to CALM. A tax ID number will be available.
