Description: Take a relaxing break during your day! During these half hour sessions we are guided through a simple breathing meditation. By focusing on the breath all our worries, distractions, and obsessive ways of thinking fall away and we experience inner peace. The mind is refreshed and relaxed and you will find it easier to deal with day-to-day stress.
These meditations are excellent for beginners and advanced meditators alike.
Snacks and tea are provided.
