Join us for extreme fun at Santa Barbara's only BYOB Wine & Dine! Max's Cucina pairs a gourmet four-course meal with the wine theme of the month, and a winemaker entertains & educates between courses. Our format is unique -- you bring the wine, no corkage! We average 35+ bottles to taste during an evening!
Each couple (or individual) brings a nice bottle of the theme wine -- Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir. This will be shared with everyone else during the first 45 minutes, complemented by the gourmet cheese course from C'est Cheese. Getting a small taste of so many bottles side-by-side is a unique opportunity as well as a great mingling activity.
Then all attendees will be seated at large tables to encourage interaction for the remainder of the meal. Many attendees bring another bottle (again no corkage) to share with the table. This is two-session theme --- attend one or both! Peter Work from Ampelos will present his wines on Sept. 22, & Norm Yost from Flying Goat on Oct. 2.
