Sophisticated construction techniques highlight the level of expertise that is employed in the construction of each bag, while custom made webbing layered with ribbons provide a distinctive look and functional appeal. Kao Pao Shu’s designer, Naida Begeta, is vivacious in her approach to create uniquely identifiable pieces using sophisticated, architectural shapes and lively color schemes. Growing up in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a member of a war-torn generation, she challenges the ideas of classic design rules bringing a combination of youthful rebellion with graceful elegance to her Los Angeles based clothing and accessory lines.
