To coincide with our sixth annual St. Patrick’s Day stroll on March 17, The Santa Barbara Independent is hosting “The Whiskey Rebellion,” an amateur cocktail contest focusing on the strong brown liquor. Seven contestants will compete for prizes, pride, and publicity.
