Ascendant Spirits, Inc., founded by Steve Gertman and family, opens its distillery’s doors to the public for tours and tastings on Saturday and Sunday, March 2nd and 3rd, at 37 Industrial Way, Suite 103, in Buellton, just off Highway 101. This is not only Santa Barbara County’s first legal full service distillery since Prohibition, but also the first on the entire California Central Coast.
