Irvin Yalom, M.D., is an American existential psychiatrist who is Emeritus Professor of Psychiatry at Stanford University, as well as an author of both fiction and nonfiction.
This best-selling author and leader in the field of existential psychotherapy, Dr. Yalom continues to find psychotherapy to be endlessly intriguing, and approaches all of his patients with a sense of wonderment at the stories that will unfold. He will be speaking mainly of his new teaching novel, The Spinoza Problem.
