Angel in My Backpack consists of five stories that chronicle the school life experiences of children whose destinies are shaped by the intervention of individuals within the school community. Challenged and discouraged, the children are transformed by many benefactors. But only one has the invisible wings. The book is feel good and a work of "heart." Most importantly it offers lessons of fundamental learning and hopeful living. The content in each story will appeal to a wide readership, especially educators.
