Resolutions in support of the Tibetan People will be endorsed by the offices of the Mayor and City Council, State Assembly, Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors, State Senate, and California Congressional Representative.

Tibetan cultural performances by Loten Samling and the Children’s Choir – Tibetan Association of Northern California

Talks by: Prof. Tenzin Dorjee, Tenzin Tethong – President, Dalai Lama Foundation

“Leaving Fear Behind” by filmmaker, Dhondup Wangchen, imprisoned in China.
