journal and hike. This day is devoted to spiritual transformation, sacred stillness and discovery of more spaciousness and love within. Fill your body, mind and soul with divine presence and joy as you deepen your spiritual commitment. Connect with the vital energy centers of the body through pranayama (breathing techiques) and prayer.
