Annie Griffiths has worked on every continent except Antarctica, while also raising two children. One of National Geographic's first female staff photographers and perhaps the only professional ever to pack her camera gear in Pampers, she found a way to raise a family without putting the brakes on her globetrotting career – even if it meant bringing them along with her to places as distant as the ancient ruins of Petra, in Jordan, or the Galápagos Islands. In this lavishly illustrated photographic journey, she shares three decades of international travel, intimate moments and touching stories, together with the art she created along the way.
