Over the past 8 years, Dr. Johnson and his staff, sponsors and volunteers have helped hundreds of people in urgent need of dental work – treating patients for fillings, extractions and cleanings. This year’s event promises to be the largest yet and is also Johnson Family Dental’s 50th anniversary. This day is dedicated to serving the local communities with a free day of dental to anyone and everyone in need.
Donations are accepted and will go directly to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). In March of 2010, Braxton, the son of Steven Johnson, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, so this foundation is very special to Johnson Family Dental. JDRF was founded in 1970 by parents of children with Type 1 Diabetes. This foundation is the worldwide leader in funding research to cure Type 1 Diabetes, an autoimmune disease that strikes children and adults suddenly and lasts a lifetime. Johnson Family Dental is proud to be associated with
the JDRF as an official sponsor and advocate since 2010.
