One of the most significant Arab musicians, performers and composers of his generation, Shaheen reflects a legacy of Middle Eastern music in his work, while forging ahead to new frontiers and embracing many different styles in the process. With a quintet of master musicians, he will perform a program of classical Arabic repertoire, including a few of his original compositions.
