On the first Saturday of each month we offer a mini-retreat day for Centering Prayer practice. There will be meditation walks, journaling, reflection and centering prayer practice. Beginners welcome. Sr. Suzanne Dunn, Mark Benson and Annette Colbert, share facilitating and teaching. Suzanne and Annette are co-coordinators for Contemplative Outreach in Ventura/Santa Barbara.
