This September program is designed to help S.B. Human Resources Association members and their facilities and safety managers gain an understanding of:

1) What our cities will do to mobilize, keep city infrastucture in placed while sending first responders to serve and protect life, property and the environment.
2) What the County’s role is and how it supports disaster preparedness and recovery, what goes on in the Emergency Operations Centers and how that is communicated to all of us.
3) How the Red Cross supports the response efforts, and what tools and support they can provide to assist us both at work and at home with planning for preparedness.

Yoli McGlinchey, Emergency Services Manager, City of Santa Barbara, is confirmed to join us, and we are awaiting confirmations from the County of Santa Barbara and the Red Cross.
