Join Kitty Maxwell, our local lactation guru, as she explains the ins and outs of breastfeeding, touching on the nutritional, immunological, and psychological benefits. She will cover anatomy and physiology, reveal the mechanics of breastfeeding and latching, and discuss the role your activities (exercise, drinking, etc.) can play. All stages of nursing welcome.
