Studio Sundays on the Front Steps

Participate in a hands-on workshop titled Ma Quan's Spring Flowers in Cloisonne and Bronze Vessels, "Presenting the New Year," and sketch a selection of spring flowers from life onto a paper scroll, then add color with opaque inks.

When: Sunday, May 13, 2012, 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Participate in this hands-on workshop with SBMA Teaching Artists on the Museum’s front steps. Each month explore a different medium, including clay, metal, ink, wood, photography, and paper, and gain inspiration from works of art in the Museum’s permanent collection or special exhibitions.
